General Description
Pearl Villa is a luxury four bedroom, three bathroom two story villa with over 2,200 sq.ft. of living space. Located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, a safe and friendly gated community on the US 27 and only 20 minutes from Disney World©.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has a private pool and large decking area at the rear. With a large family room, sitting room and two dining areas, the open plan layout of the villa offers ample space for a family or group of friends.

All rooms are a good size and have cable TV and DVD players, wardrobe closets, dressers /chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and clock radios. The 2 main rooms have a comfy chair if you want to curl up and watch TV.
Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms in the house, the master bathroom has a large garden tub bath, walk in shower, vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet, hairdryer and a separate room with shelves and hangers for all your clothes, large enough to store your suitcases until your return home.
The family bathroom upstairs has a full bath with overhead shower, vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet and hair dryer. Downstairs is a shower room with a vanity sink and overhead lighting.
Laundry room: This room is fully equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. No need to take your dirty clothes home, wash and go.

Living Areas
Family Room: A lovely room with 3 large comfy sofas. Cable TV with over 100 channels to watch. For you entertainment there is a DVD player, Play Station 2, books and board games. Tables and lamps add to the homely atmosphere.
Lounge: Our 2nd lounge area has a 3 seater sofa and CD player if you like to just relax and chill out after a busy day out at Disney or a game of golf.

Kitchen / Dining
Dining room: This room is our formal dining area which has a table and seating for six.
Breakfast room: For a quick breakfast or snack before you head off for a day at the parks this is the ideal place, next to the kitchen and overlooking the pool area.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic top stove, oven, built in microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker and fresh filtered water, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and plenty of glasses, crockery and oven ware.

Swimming Pool
Having your own private pool is fantastic for those quieter, more relaxed days not spent visiting the theme parks.
From the breakfast nook, sliding doors open onto the pool area. It has a very sunny aspect as it faces South-west and retains the sun throughout most of the day and into the early evening. The pool has solar heating and additional electric heating is available at an optional cost (£85 per week)recommended from October to April.
The large deck area has plenty of room to relax and sunbathe with four padded sunloungers, a covered porch if you need that little bit of shade as well as a table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
There is a child safety fence which runs along the entire length of the pool for the well being and peace of mind of the little ones. The entire pool and deck area is screened to keep the bugs out. When the sun goes down the pool has under water lighting for that late night swim.

Outside
Pool: The Sunny 30ft x 15ft Pool is South West facing and has a large sundeck with padded patio furniture for relaxing. The covered porch with patio table and chairs is perfect for outside dining or a cool drink by the pool. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests. For nightime swims the pool has under water lighting. We have free Solar heating but additional electric heating for the winter months is available upon request.

Location
Pearl Villa is set amongst Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, one of the top golf courses in Florida. A location ideal for those looking for a relaxed golfing vacation or for families and friends looking to explore all things Disney and Orlando`s numerous theme parks and attractions. Southern Dunes is located on US HWY 27, approx. 20 minutes from all the major Disney Parks, and near to attractions such as Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower Gardens and Fantasy of Flight. It is a well established gated community with all villas surrounding the golf course. It has 24hr security at the gatehouse making it a safe and secure place for all to stay.
Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club
Opened in 1993, Southern Dunes is an upscale daily fee course that continues to receive numerous awards from the golf industry. The charm and appeal of the club, comes from the friendly staff and unique characteristics of the course. The course offers players of all abilities the opportunity to play and enjoy one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Central Florida.
This dramatic hillside layout stretches to over 7,200 yards and features 100ft. of elevation changes, not typically found in Central Florida.
Five sets of tees welcome golfers of all skill levels to enjoy risk/reward opportunities, through extensive mounding and strategically placed bunkers. The design is enhanced by the well maintained playing surfaces.
Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club has its own clubhouse with restaurant and bar. There is a fishing lake; tennis courts, communal swimming pools and children’s play area, all within walking distance of our home. Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. No set arrival days
A £55 cleaning fee will be added for stays of 7 nights or less.
A booking deposit of £150 per week booked will secure your
requested dates.
