Changeover Details
Guests can check in by 4pm on the day of arrival and must leave the property by 12 mid-day on the departure day. The can be flexibility to these check in and out with prior arrangement.
We require a reservation deposit of 20% at the time of booking. Also a refundable security deposit of $300 is also required with the final payment. |

Restaurants, takeaways, 24 hour supermarkets and banks are within working distance from the villa and a major shopping mall is only a short drive away. |
