General Description
A wheelchair accessible 4 bedroom executive villa with facilities for disabled guests. |

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
One king master suite and one queen master suite, both of which have direct access to the pool deck via their own doors. One Disney twin and one double room share the third bathroom. All our bedrooms have large walk in closets, televisions and DVD players and there is a hairdryer in each bathroom |

Living Areas
Our main lounge overlooks the pool deck and is furnished with comfortable chairs and settees, the largest of which is a full size sofa bed for additional guests. Our den has has another large settee and the television there has a playstation2 attatched |

Kitchen / Dining
Our kitchen is fully equiped including microwave, blender, coffee machine, large American fridge with freezer and ice maker etc. We have a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board. We have a PC with broadband internet access and Skype. |

Swimming Pool
Our pool deck faces East and gets the sun from early morning. We are not overlooked from the rear and the plants on both sides of the deck provide additional privacy. We have a table and chairs and a selection of sun beds 4 of which are 19" high to facilitate wheelchair transfer. The pool has a child safety fence which is easily removed and the cage around the pool is a fine mesh to to keep out the bugs but let the sunshine in |

Outside
Parking is available on the driveway and in the double garage. The homeowners association is responsible for the lawns and gardens and their maintenance |

Location
Set within the beautiful and immaculately maintained landscaped gardens of Calabay Parc which is now firmly established and recognised as the premier vacation community near Disney. 20 minutes from Disney main gate and 50 minutes from the Gulf coast |

Changeover Details
We do not have a fixed change over day as midweek flights are often cheaper and more convenient than weekends. |
