General Description
This beautiful villa, is situated in Highlands Reserve, one of the most prestigious holiday and residential golfing communities in the Orlando area. |

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a heavenly king-size bed. There is a sliding glass door leading from the
master bedroom to the pool area. The en suite bathroom has both his-and-hers sinks, large shower separate from the bath, and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size double bed and the third bedroom has single twin beds. These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom. The villa will sleep six to eight comfortably. There is a comfortable queen sofa bed in on of the lounges/sitting rooms. All bedrooms have cable TV. |

Living Areas
Three wood Villa has two lounges/sitting areas, there is a television in the lounge located near the pool area. |

Kitchen / Dining
The formal dining room leads off from the first living room, and has a large table with 6 chairs. The Nook is a smaller dining area with a 4 seater table next to the kitchen, and overlooks the pool area. There are bar stools at the breakfast bar too, to give you more choice of where you dine! |

Swimming Pool
Private pool, enclosed lanai with cmfortable pool furniture. Security fence. |

Outside
Three Wood Villa has a private 30 foot screened swimming pool that can be heated if required.
The pool area includes a full, width child security fence. There is ample, comfortable pool furniture for the sunbathers. There is also a covered lanai for maximum comfort if you prefer to relax in the shade or dine outdors. Pool area gets sun from early morning until late afternoon. |

Highlands Reserve is just off US Highway 27 in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. The property is just minutes from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a variety of evening entertainment and with easy access to all the major attractions |

Extra Details
Villa has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use. There is a two car garage.
A toddler bed, Highchair and double Stroller are available on request ALL AT NO EXTRA COST There are an abundance of excellent restaurants within a short drive or even walking distance if you all wish to be able to drink We have a local management company available to you |
