South Palms - a simply stunning vacation home in Windwood Bay, Orlando. South Palms offers over 3400 sq.ft. of fully air conditioned living space and is one of the largest 5 bed homes to rent in the Orlando area. |

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
South Palms has 5 bedrooms. There is a King size master en-suite, 2 Queen size en-suite, and 2 further twin bedded rooms. Every bedroom has a TV.
There are 4.5 baths - 3 en-suite, a family bath shared by the twin bedded rooms and a further cloakroom by the swimming pool. We provide hairdryers, bedlinen, towels and pool/beach towels. |

Living Areas
There are 3 separate living areas - a formal lounge, family room and a spacious den. Indeed, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. |

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen/breakfast room is fully euipped with everything you may need during your vacation. There is also a formal dining area should you wish to entertain during your stay at South Palms. |

Outside
South Palms is located on a large corner lot surrounded by Palm trees. The pool is south facing and changes colours during the evening hours. There is plenty of upgraded pool furniture for your relaxation and al fresco dining. There is nothing that comperes to stepping out of the door and having the exclusive use of your own private pool. There is also a child safety fence should you have very young children. |

The prestigious community of Windwood Bay is located close to Champions Gate and nestles in the native, beautiful settings of Central Florida, surrounded by conservation land and wetlands.
South Palms benefits from a stunning south facing pool with a large deck giving you all day Florida sunshine. With only a short drive to Disney and the other theme parks, World class golf or serious shopping, you could not find a better combination, whatever you want from your vacation. |
