Guests are invited to experience a dream holiday in our stunning new 3 bedroomed home located in the deed restricted community of Rotonda West on Florida`s Gulf Coast. Our home offers all you need for an utterly relaxing holiday. The villa is light and spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped, air-conditioned, with cathedral ceilings, poolside bedrooms, spacious well-equipped kitchen and ceramic-tiled bathrooms, overlooks a secluded canal. Swim in the electrically heated pool, relax on the fully furnished lanai, stroll on one of the many beaches, dine in one of the many local restaurants, shop in Port Charlotte, Englewood or Sarasota, sail along a quiet creek or fish as the sun sets.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Fully air-conditioned, our house boasts a king-size double master bedroom, en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with his-and-hers wash basins. Patio doors lead onto the poolside, for your morning coffee, whilst you watch the local wildlife. Bedroom two has a queen-size double and Patio doors onto the poolside, and bedroom three is a twin room. Both rooms have large walk-in wardrobes, and there is a further quest bathroom and shower.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a quality hob, microwave, large refrigerator with icemaker, and dishwasher. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Location
Rotonda offers the very best of Florida in one wonderful location - natural surroundings, long beaches, turquoise seas, lush green landscapes and vivid sunsets. The South West Gulf Coast has miles and miles of natural pristine beaches and clear water, with an average temperature of about 75 degrees year round and an ocean temperature of around 80.

The 5 excellent golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive have have been designed to pose different challenges for both the avid and casual golfer. Each one is unique, and all make the most of the fabulous setting: glorious greens under sunny, blue skies complemented by tropical breezes from the Gulf. Rotonda Golf & Country Club offers complete practice facilities including: full length driving ranges, practice putting greens, chipping greens and bunkers.
